This is just an utterly joyous painting. When we spotted it we thought it looked like a cross between a Chagall and a Picasso and amazingly we were bang on the money - Uno Vallman was a Swedish painter, who exhibited with Marc Chagall in the US and who was known as “the Picasso of the North” . His Wikipedia entry is pretty impressive https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uno_Vallman He was obviously a class act so we snapped it up before anyone noticed what a bargain it was. As usual if we spot a bargain we pass it on.
